These Terms apply to your use of parts.youshouldsha.com (the "Site"), operated by YOU SHOULD, SHA. ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is
The Site helps you find car parts, motorcycle parts, trading cards and related goods listed on eBay. We do not sell, ship or hold any products. Each "View on eBay" button takes you to eBay, where the actual seller offers the item. Links on the Site are affiliate links (see our Affiliate Disclosure).
2. Purchases happen on eBay
- Any purchase is a contract between you and the eBay seller, under the User Agreement of the eBay site you buy on (for example, eBay Australia or eBay US) and the seller's own terms. We link you to the eBay site for your country; you can switch to another eBay site on eBay itself.
- Payment, shipping, customs duties, returns, refunds and disputes are handled by the seller and eBay (including the eBay Money Back Guarantee where it applies). We cannot cancel, change or refund eBay orders.
3. Product information, prices and fitment
- Product titles, prices, images, condition and availability come from eBay or from our own search rules and may be out of date or incorrect. The listing on eBay is what counts.
- Prices shown on the Site (if any) are for reference only. The final price, shipping cost and taxes are shown on eBay.
- Vehicle fitment: Our categories by make, model and year are a guide only. Parts differ by market, trim, engine and production date. Always confirm fitment with the eBay listing's compatibility table, your VIN or frame number, or the seller before buying.
- Installation and safety: Parts such as brakes, suspension, lighting and electrical components can affect safety and legal roadworthiness. Have them installed by a qualified mechanic, and check that a part is legal for road use where you live (for example, lighting and emissions rules).
- Collectibles: Card condition, grading and authenticity are the seller's responsibility. Check the seller's feedback and the grading company's certificate before buying.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Site for anything illegal; scrape, copy or republish the Site's content in bulk; interfere with the Site's security or operation; or send us spam or harmful code.
5. Intellectual property
- The Site's original text, layout and selections are owned by us. You may share links to our pages.
- Product images and descriptions provided through eBay belong to eBay or its sellers and are shown under eBay's terms.
- Trademarks: eBay is a trademark of eBay Inc. Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Mazda, Subaru, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Lexus, Isuzu, Daihatsu, Yamaha, Kawasaki and other vehicle and parts brands are trademarks of their respective owners. Pokémon is a trademark of Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK inc. Yu-Gi-Oh! is a trademark of Konami / Kazuki Takahashi / Studio Dice. These names are used only to describe products and compatibility. The Site is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these companies, and "genuine" or "OEM" labels come from the sellers' listings.

6. Third-party sites
The Site links to eBay and other third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, privacy practices or availability.
7. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site or any product listed through it, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your purchase of a product on eBay, from incorrect fitment or installation, or from your use of or inability to use the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to USD 100 (or the equivalent in your currency). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer in your country, including any guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Changes and termination
We may change the Site or these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. We may suspend access to the Site without notice.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, except where the consumer protection laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
